Last updated 11 September 2026.

JustTrainingCamps is run by one person. This page says exactly what is held about you, why, for how long, and how to have it removed. It is short because very little is collected.

There is no advertising network here, no analytics that follows you, and no third-party form embedded in any page. Nothing you type is sent anywhere except where this page says it goes.

If you enquire about a camp

The enquiry form asks for your name, your email address, which departure you are asking about, and your level. You may add a question; that is optional.

Those details are sent to the operator of the camp you asked about, so that they can reply to you directly. That is the entire purpose, and it is the only purpose. Your address is never sold, never added to a mailing list, and never passed to any other operator.

The lawful basis is your consent, given by submitting the form, and the legitimate interest of the operator in answering someone who asked them a question.

If you submit a camp as an operator

The submission form asks for your name or business name, your email address, where the camp runs, what it involves, and a link. It also records which wording you agreed to and when.

Your business details — trading name, location, public link — go into a draft listing in a private repository, for review before anything is published. Your email address does not: it is sent to the curator separately, so it does not sit in a version-controlled file.

If you join the waitlist

Only your email address and the sport or region you asked about. It is used once, to tell you when that is covered, and for nothing else. It is never sent to an operator and is not an enquiry.

What is never collected

No cookies are set by this site. No analytics or advertising scripts run on any page. No profile is built about you, and nothing you do here is used to target you anywhere else.

Seeing, correcting or deleting what is held

Write to the address below and say what you want done. You do not need to give a reason, and there is no form to fill in. Deletion requests are acted on within 30 days, and usually the same week; you will get a reply confirming what was removed. If an enquiry has already been sent to an operator, we will delete our copy and tell you who has the other one, but we cannot delete theirs for them.
